About STERRY
STERRY is a Growth Marketing Agency specializing in Crowdfunding, Advertising, PR, and Creative Solutions. We've helped clients generate over $25M+ USD in directly trackable revenue through online channels—including Shopify and e-commerce platforms. We build strategies that go beyond brand and marketing—we deliver measurable results rooted in online performance.

About the Role
We’re seeking a Shopify Manager to lead the charge in building and scaling regionally adapted Shopify storefronts that resonate with local markets. This role is ideal for someone with deep Shopify experience who also understands the value of cultural context in digital marketing. You’ll work cross-functionally to implement high-performing, localized strategies that drive conversions and enhance the customer experience across diverse global audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Store Management & Development:
  • Serve as the primary administrator for our Shopify store, ensuring it is fully functional, secure, and up-to-date.
  • Manage product listings, including adding new products, updating inventory, collections, and pricing.
  • Implement and customize Shopify themes and apps to enhance site functionality, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct regular site audits to identify and fix bugs, broken links, and performance issues.
Marketing & Growth:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for the store, including SEO, email marketing (Klaviyo and other similar software), and paid social ads (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest).
  • Plan and manage promotional campaigns, sales, and product launches.
  • Utilize analytics (Google Analytics, Shopify Reports) to track performance, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales and marketing efforts.
  • Manage the integration and performance of all key marketing apps and tools.
Customer Experience & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
  • Continuously optimize the customer journey from landing page to checkout to maximize conversion rates.
  • Manage the design and content of the site, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand story.
  • Implement A/B tests on product pages, landing pages, and marketing campaigns to improve performance.
Operations & Analytics:
  • Oversite of basic order processing and fulfillment workflows, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain/logistics teams to prevent stockouts or overstock.
  • Generate and present regular performance reports on key metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and customer LTV.
  • Manage the store's budget for apps, themes, and development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing a Shopify store.
  • Proven track record of growing e-commerce revenue and improving key performance metrics (CVR, AOV, LTV).
  • Deep, practical knowledge of the Shopify platform, including the admin, theme customization (Liquid is a plus), and the app ecosystem.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels: SEO, email marketing, and paid social.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and CRO best practices.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and Liquid (Shopify's templating language).
  • Proficiency with specific tools like Klaviyo, Attentive, GemPages, PageFly, Google Ads, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Experience in a DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brand environment.
  • Knowledge of basic graphic design principles (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience with international e-commerce (multi-currency, taxes, shipping).
