About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Auditor based in Hong Kong to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the independent review and validation of all digital marketing activities conducted for our key client in the intimate wear/feminine fashion industry.

You will not execute the campaigns, but rather serve as the quality gatekeeper—auditing campaign performance, financial accuracy, compliance, and operational integrity. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure transparency, efficiency, and ROI accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Performance Audits: Conduct independent reviews of all paid media (Google Ads, Meta, Xiaohongshu), SEO, and social campaigns to verify data accuracy, track conversion attribution, and assess ROI against client benchmarks.
  • Financial & Billing Audits: Review and validate media spend, agency fees, and billing statements to ensure alignment with contractual agreements. Identify opportunities to optimize budget efficiency and address any discrepancies proactively.
  • Compliance & Brand Safety: Audit all creative assets, copy, and targeting parameters to ensure they comply with platform policies, Hong Kong advertising regulations, and the client's brand guidelines for intimate apparel (e.g., appropriate imagery, age-gating).
  • Data Integrity: Validate analytics tracking setups (UTM parameters, pixels, conversion tags) to ensure accurate data collection and reporting across all digital channels.
  • Process & Operational Audits: Review internal workflows, reporting cadences, and communication protocols between the agency and client. Identify bottlenecks or risks and recommend process improvements.
  • Reporting & Recommendations: Prepare clear, concise audit reports with findings, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations. Present these findings directly to client stakeholders and agency leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus—but what truly matters is your analytical rigor and attention to detail. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, or Google Analytics Individual Qualification) or equivalent hands-on experience in digital marketing audit, or performance analysis is just as valued.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in auditing, financial control, or performance analysis, preferably within a digital marketing agency, media house, or fashion/e-commerce brand.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the fashion or intimate apparel industry is a strong advantage. Understanding the unique visual and compliance nuances of this sector is highly valued.
  • Audit & Analytical Skills:
    • Strong ability to analyze large datasets, identify anomalies, and draw evidence-based conclusions.
    • Experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and third-party tracking tools.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of media buying models (CPC, CPM, CPA), budgeting, and invoice reconciliation.
  • Soft Skills:
    • High integrity, objectivity, and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
