Head of TikTok Shop & Social Commerce
The Vision
We are looking for a Head of TikTok Shop who can take our STERRY clients aesthetic and weaponize it through a high-volume, high-velocity creator engine.
Your job is to make our clients the most talked-about brand on the FYP. You will manage the balance between Mass Volume (100+ videos a day) and Brand Integrity.
Architect the Affiliate Swarm: Manage a network of 1,000+ affiliates. You will identify the creators and provide them with the creative briefs to ensure their content converts while staying "on-brand."
The 5-Account Multiplier: Lead the strategy for our 5 linked TikTok accounts.
The Content Lab: Oversee the production of 3–5 daily pieces of content. You understand the what hooks convert.
- Logistics & Growth: Own the end-to-end TikTok Shop funnel. From sample approval in the Seller Center to scaling Spark Ads on top of creator winners.
Who You Are
The Trend-Spotter: You don’t follow trends; you start them.
The Growth Hacker: You have a deep understanding of TikTok Shop's algorithm. You know when to push "Open Collabs" and when to go deep with "Targeted Invites."
Experienced: You’ve successfully managed a $1M+/month TikTok Shop
